I am more of an adrenaline junkie with human soldiers but i want to try out the cryo soldier build.

I can't find the build though, i could use some general tips for using it too.

I think this is the build crashsuit uses for it. Just acolyte>conc shot everything that isn't a boss. One acolyte>conc shot should take a plat banshee down to a bar or two of barrier, then switch to the smg once armor shows up.

^Yes, that's the orthodox build for the Cryo soldier, though I would switch from CSMG to Hurricane with ULM for even more CS spam (the SMG is only used for bosses, that are easy to aim at whatever the weapon anyway).

Adas can be good too with this build, as this weapon has a damage bonus against shields and barriers (unlike cryo rounds). Besides, your Cryo soldier will be a stagger machine with it.

Talon is also good, as it strips shields really effectively. On gold, I use the Lancer, it's light enough, has good damage on its own, and I never have have to worry about ammo boxes.

You could also use that build and follow a Paladin/AIU around, detonating everything they prime with Snap Freeze!

Falcon works pretty well too.

Exactly.  Especially if a person is like me: more of a Controller than a Damager.

 

OP, just be sure to allow your Acolyte balls time to travel.  Conc shots move through air faster and can beat them to the target if you're too hasty.

The thing that's nice about it is if you have that smg and get, say, reapers you can say **** the acolyte and just slay with it. For me personally this game is so much fun as a slayer.

Well i tried it with an adas on plat and gold which was fun, tried one game on gold with the lancer like suggested and i think i liked that one even better for anti boss dps.
