Yes, It's possible that there are Geth(Reaper) stowaways on the ark via the Geth Infiltrators if the Ark leaves before the ending of ME3. There's always entangling loose ends when cowardice is the impetus to circumvent canon/lore continuity. Space magic away another supermassive black hole sized plot hole created by not having the fortitude to tie up the messiest mistake and just try to slide it under the rug like no knows it happened, except everyone caught you in the act and full well knows what you did wrong.

Considering that the geth could conceivably hide on a flash drive, it wouldn't be a massive stretch that a number of programs would hide themselves on someone else's technology.

Geth are the only group I don't expect to see in MEA. I do expect to see all of the species from the original trilogy in MEA, but not the machines. It just wouldn't make sense.

Pretty much the story excuse I expect to ship Geth to Andromeda. They're fan favourite robots, I doubt Bioware will just pass on them in new game

Why wouldn't it make sense? There were Geth open to peace with the other races, and they would be the perfect race to run the Arks while in transit to Andromeda.

If they bring literally every other species but the Geth to Andromeda, that'll just be salt in the wound. They may as well have just canonized Destroy.

From the trailer, it looks like the expedition set off from Earth before the Reapers hit, so the timing for possible Reaper!Geth or Orthodox!Geth infiltration is kinda off since they would be preparing for combat.
