My favorite gun on any Drell is the Wraith,it's light and effective at longer ranges.

Aside from VENOM, I'll have to go with a Wraith. For fun factor, the Scimitar. Something about a semi auto 8 shot just appeals to me about a shotgun.

With him, your preferred shotgun. Piranha with smartchoke or talon would be a close second for myself.

I used to run him with the Harrier, but then I found that the level of spwan nuking was almost as ridiculous as spamming Cain mines with the Talon merc, so I switched to something less OP... but I can't remember what exactly right now.

 

That was for gold though, I guess for platinum you could keep the Harrier without feeling too OP. You run from ammo boxes to ammo boxes with the Drell adept, so the limited ammo capacity of the Harrier shouldn't be a problem, unless bumping into Condor or Dagger Hazard.

Same feeling, haven't found a better weapon for the moment. I often run the High Lord though.

I use the Paladin for roleplay and Harrier if I'm feeling cheap. Harrier is not a problem for the Drelldept, since he's fast and I'm going to need to hit the boxes for nades anyway.

Acolyte or Talon with Wrape ammo.  Something that'll hold a Power Mag for some Reave stacking.

Executioner is enjoyable for me on Gold too.

I also find the Talon to be a good gun for him, you can use the power magnifier and it have a bonus against the one thing he struggles with - shields.

Need to be a bit careful if using it for Platinum though, the drells are extremely squishy and the Talon is a close range gun, but in general it's a great gun for him.

For platinum, Arc Pistol. I preach the Valiant otherwise, but also VENOM, Raider, and sometimes the Tempest when I'm in the mood.
