This could be fun. So far I've got ENFP for Paragon Shepard, INFJ for Kaidan, INTJ for Liara, and ESTP for Joker. Any takers?

Oh fun! I think you are pretty spot on for Paragon Shepard. Definitely extrovert (running all over asking strangers if she can help), definitely intuitive (she thinks outside the box for sure), probably feeling (she always considers how her actions effect others and cares about how people feel). The only one I'm not sure about is perceiving. I think Shepard might be judging. Both Shepards are able to make decisions in the blink of an eye and stick with them. Also, I think that J's are more likely to be attracted to the military. I think Renegade Shep is ESTJ (with some serious anti-social personality traits thrown in). I would also agree with your assessment of Liara. She is definitely introverted and definitely a T. I always thought it amusing that if Shep romances Liara, Liara would be the sometimes cool, logical one. I can easily see her telling big, tough killing machine Shep (male or female): "You're being too emotional about this Shepard".

Hmm. I can see the argument for J Shepard, but in terms of Jungian functions s/he seems to me more like someone with Extraverted Intuition as primary function, not Extraverted Feeling. Mapping MBTI J/P to Big 5 Conscientiousness, I see Shepard as only moderately conscientious and organized -- contrast with Kaidan.
Maybe split the difference and say Shep is on the J/P border?

I think my Renegade Shep might be the opposite of ENFP... the ISTP. Although he's extroverted enough to take command, I guess. Maybe he's ENTJ. Thane would be true to form ISTP.

Hmm. Wrex is a little tricky. I eventually decided on ESTJ for him, because I see extraverted thinking as his dominant function, which narrowed it down to ESTJ vs ENTJ.
Tali is trickier. I'm going to throw a dart at the board and call her ENFJ. Definitely J, definitely N, but more on the border w.r.t. I/E and T/F. I eventually broke down and mapped T/F to Big 5's Agreeableness, and decided she was more Agreeable than not, giving her an F.
Garrus is a clear J, and probably an F, giving extraverted feeling as his outward judgement function. Not super intuitive, so let's call him an S. And he seems to spend a fair bit of time brooding, so let's call him ISFJ.

Hmm... I like your Jack theory. I think it's really bolstered by her interactions with her biotic students in ME3.

I could be wrong, but I see a little of myself there.. I'm ISFP too... and don't paint happy little trees. Not all the time at least

Seems like it might be accurate, in that Garrus is practical but a bit of a hothead at times, and not always especially social (he goes off to set up an automated defense system during the Citadel party, is often busy "calibrating," and doesn't know what to say to the female turian on the Strip).

Hmm, yeah, T over F makes more sense for Garrus upon reflection. I still see him as more of a J than a P, so perhaps ISTJ.

Good idea. I channeled Liara and came up with INTJ (right on Chronos). I channeled my head-canon ParaShep and got ENFP so right on again Chronos.
