Uniting a race filled with power hungry hotheads is a testament to Wrex charisma. He's the series proverbial alpha male. A strong yet charming personality.

Your wise uncle with badAZZ stories who will always know more than you. When he talks you shut up and listen to soak the money in. You only hope to be half as cool as him once you reach that age.
His charisma is proven. He once lead an organization of unsavory mercenaries.
Honorable mention to Miranda. She is undoubtedly powerful from the strength of her personality but lacks likability. If only she had the likability to inspire trust in others.

Tons of charismatic potential but he's too jaded about the war in his cycle to give a f about bettering people. It's a shame because he showed an uncanny ability when he stroked those civilians off on the Citadel in response to your paragon action.
