It was originally slated for Q4 2016. It's already been delayed once. If it'll happen again, no one that'll respond to you on this forum knows.

If it's not delayed again, my money is March 7th or 14th. It's technically not spring, but they've released at least three titles (Awakening, DA2, and ME3) during that time frame, so it seems like there's something about it that marketing likes.

Is it coming to Scorpio and Neo?
From what I've read, I think that any game that releases on ps4 has to be playable on Neo, and the same is true for xbone and Scorpio. Whether there'll be any significant upgrade in appearance is another story.

They are still projecting within their 4th Fiscal Quarter and within the 1st Quarter of the year, then. The spring equinox occurs on March 20.

Bioware keeps saying early 2017. People have their doubts after the E3 showing. Mac Walter's also did an interview and said the game is basically 90% finished and all they are doing now is polishing the game.

That is a far cry from spoiling things for fans. Fans have clearly said they wanted to see more at E3. They have given next to nothing. Thus has people concerned on how far the game is really finished.

Last I heard it was now spring 2017, not 1st quarter 2017, thus spring could be up to June 19th I believe.

If it's another 2 minute video with zero gameplay, I'd worry the game wouldn't come out in 2017 at all.
