If im logged in and the last time i checked on a thread was page 2 out of 50 how do i jump to page 50 or last page or i want to find something on page 30
How to jump to end of thread?

There's these things called page numbers which show up on the top and bottom of the thread. So you could click those the button that has >> on it will take you to the last page and typing /page-30 onto the end of the url I.e http://forum.bioware...tcher-3/page-30 would take you to page 30.

I doubt it would work the same unless you can manually enter the page number in the url field using the mobile app (I have no experience with it, so I wouldn't know.)
If you want to go to the last post that you viewed in the thread, use the icon on the left of the thread title, if unshaded,. It will be either a "B" or a little word balloon, which refer to whether or not you have posted in the thread.
Usually, you should be able to click on the most recent page of the thread, heading straight to the middle pages is what is trickier. The page buttons should be just above or below the thread title (assuming the mobile app includes those buttons, which I suppose it might not.)
As an alternative, you can side-door your way there by clicking on the thread title, then using the buttons at the top or bottom to fast forward to the final page (again, assuming those buttons exists on the mobile app.)
