You seem to be one of the rare people (like me) who can actually do that. I see a lot of people say they play a self-insert. It bums me out when I hear that because it makes me think those people have zero imagination... and that is just sad.

There is definitely some issues with the game, but overall I enjoyed it. Just remember it is a story written from a teen point of view. But the romance in it is very well done and tasteful. So it is definitely doable to have young teen characters be romantic without it feeling creepy or inappropriate as an older player. If anything it just takes me back to my childhood lol.

I think is all pointless due to you having control over your character's age on CC. You can probably add older complexion and/or white hair.

Note that the PC will certainly have a defined background to about the same extent as Shepard did, though, so you'll have to just ignore the Codex and probably some dialogues.
