Shotguns are getting some love in The Division, you'd like it. Think SASG with 14 round mag and really high DPS...

 

But yeah, how could the Claymore not be in a Mass Effect game from now on? Let's just hope it doesn't get the Revenant or Locust treatment.

 

Oh I don't mind if they nerf it into oblivion. So long as they don't nerf its BOOOOOOMMM I'll keep worshipping it as the High Lord it is

 

But yeah, I can't honestly conceive a ME game without the Claymore. Can someone do that? I mean...

 

As far as the Division, it doesn't look that fun from what I've seen, and I definitely don't have an abundance of time nor money at the moment, so I'm afraid I'll have to skip that. Though the CA-87 in Battlefront does give me some good satisfaction

Oh, it would be delicious if they put all guns (their names and features) in a lottery box, and switched them around for Andramadum; Claymore would end up named as Scimitar, Harrier became Shuriken.. or mix them all around! It would amuse the ME3 players how MEA players loved their Shitmitars.

Because you can gain time, of course.

 

Why wouldn't you reload cancel with TC on an infiltrator if you're about to shoot with the Javelin ? No point doing it with a gel, thus waiting to activate TC and wasting time to deal damage.

What FM said. If you have a power off cooldown then you might as well use it to debuff the next enemy / detonate a combo / regain your shield etc.

 

And on consoles you can't RC with the medigel so we peasants use powers / press dodge button, and other lame tactics like that.

Console people can't reload cancel with medigel so they do it with a power.

While I understand it might not float your boat, it definitely works better than all the guns you've mentioned on that kit.. Except maybe the Venom.

 

Well I can state with certitude that if I had an HDept lobby with me, myself & I, my Claymoar self would get totally carried by my Raider/Piranha/GPS 'selfs'.

 

I gots-tah have mah rhythm.  Both the High Lord and Wraith screw that up for me in their own 'special' ways.

That combo is totally Gold viable. Maybe Platinum as well, albeit by somebody less scrubby than yours truly.

I'll try again once I reset the skill points for hunter mode and the passives to get a larger geth weapon bonus. Maybe I'll do less **** then!

GPR GE is more about the Ammo detonations with Overload than anything else. Though Overload and Turret provide some good CC (and Ammo effects add even more on top of that). Hunter Mode is, of course, a must have. No-Fitness build is best (And with a Cyclonic Mod, he's tanky enough for even the scrubbiest of scrubs, even without Fitness).

Never liked the wraith, it has some weird slight firing delay and a aim reticucle the size of a basketball.  Others make great use of it, not my cup of team.  I like the pulse rifle.

Yep.  Slap on a scope, HVB, and Inc ammo...and you can rip faces (and/or feces).

Great way to use up Targeting VIs as well.  The scope combined with its innate stability make it a headshot machine.

 

Edit:  Can't forget its headshot boost either (3.0x rather than 2.5x)

Yep - I actually tried the GPSMG on the GE (with Incendiary Ammo) a week or two ago for the first time.  I thought about trying it on Silver first, but I did Gold instead.  I expected to be dragging the team down, and ended up top scoring despite dropping into the GIP on Wave 3.

 

I prefer the Phaeston for this play style, but the GPR and GPSMG both work really well.

Personally, I don't like the GPSMG much because of the ramp-up mechanic, but the Incendiary Pulse Rifle on the GE is definitely Platinum viable.

I agree but I put that more to Overload being ridiculous than the gpr being good.

That's probably right  . The GPR there is mostly an Incendiary ammo applier, and it's a good one. Mooks do get killed quickly thanks to the headshots, though.

Personally, I'd recommend skipping the Scope, because AR Scopes are bad in this game. Otherwise, GE and Incendiary Ammo are probably the best uses of it.

Although, when I was first starting Gold, I would run a no-HunterMode Geth Trooper with the GPR (and cyclonics, because I was a scrub, but I was a good scrub!). I used to laugh everytime I had to revive a Juggernaut.
