The Revenant is the most badass gun in Mass Effect.  More dakka + more stopping power than just about anything.

 

I liked the Tempest in ME2 but it felt weaker in ME3.  Still the best substitute for an assault rifle though.

It's in my top 10 but it's not my favorite.

I don't think I'd be able to pick an absolute favourite gun to be honest, a list of my top 10 favourites in random order sounds more likely, too lazy to make that list though.

I think I'm going to give that title to the Lancer, Suppressor, and Black Widow.

 

Those three were my "main" weapons as an Infiltrator in Single Player. The weapons I used in the final battle on Earth. Of course, they're also my go-to weapon in Multiplayer. The Black Widow isn't something I use too often, considering the fact that even with currently 468 hours into the MP, I only have it at level ******* 1. But the Lancer and Suppressor? Favorite weapons to use as the Geth Engineer.

M-96 Mattock, no doubt. I love that gun. Generally I tend to stray towards Sniper Rifles, but the Mattock was the one exception.

Love the Kishock. A distant second would be the Claymore.

That's a tough one. Different builds with different characters. I'll say this, when I want just fun with my ammo, I'll go with either the Scorpion or Acolyte. Doesn't matter the ammo as long as it's Cyro, Incendiary or disruptor. Oh yeah, the Venom and Falcon are fun ones as well.

Particle Rifle because it's how I pee in the mornings.

It's weak at first but once you hit level 6 or 7 it is quite alright, QUITE ALRIGHT INDEED. Especially with the assault rifle mod.

 

I noticed that the damage is exponential and gradally builds the longer you shoot the beam.

The Eagle is Excellent. It's an essentially weightless pocket assault rifle that carries a Power Magnifier

So hard to use! I don't know how to use the Kishock. It takes so long to charge and then aim, and then it doesn't seem to hit anything most of the time.

 

It is very mighty when it DOES hit something though...

Black Widow with piercing mod and extended barrel.

 

 

Too bad it can't be used right away in single player without some form of space magic. Specter requisitions care more about $$$ than galactic survival

I recently went back to an old SP run did 2 years ago...for some reason I thought it was a great idea to put a scope on the level 5 particle rifle....I went with it... well the "Assault Rifle Mod V" is fine right? That's not a scope it's just... a damage modifier

I don't know, it depends. I'm sick of the Talon for instance because I've used it so goddamn much because is so goddamn good: packs firepower like a proper shotgun, but with more ammo and accuracy, plus light weight.

I also love the Crusader because it's awesome. And I'm very fond of the Kishok (on host ofc). Can't really say I have one favorite.

Can't really say I have favorite gun...it depends on the kit. And nowadays i only touch a few kits, but if I had to pick, it would be.....lancer X, TyphoonX and just recently, I was experimenting with the AIU with Reeger and Eagle...and i'm really impressed with the eagle.

 

I'm thinking about trying that gun on my go to phoenix vanguard. I'm thinking i might have a blast with it due to incredibly low cooldown and decent damage ability. I use to love the pheaston as well, but that thing is collecting dust since i moved on to the lancer, but that gun sounds sweet in surveillance mode... .

 

I guess the hurricane is ok too, but eh, that guns sounds like somebody is making that crazy noise with their lips or somebody farting at 1000 times a second...

... I think my love for the Claymore was a whirlwind romance... I tried it earlier and it wasnt as good as the first time... before I could kill a centurion in one but I could only kill a Marauders in 2... I think its because of the shotgun amp... and I dont think I have another haha... it made me sad that it kinda needs a shotgun amp I dont have enough of them and the Claymore isnt so good without them at this level so its not my baby anymore after using the mattock the Phalanx and the geth plasma shotgun I think I prefer them im sure ill love the Claymore more when I have more of them so more damage and more ammo but for now im taking a break from our love affair
