Do i need to kill Flemeth as Morigan wants. I seem to have come to an agreement with her and she gave me the Grimore.if i let her live.

 

Thats fine with me as it always did seem a bit ungrateful to kill her when she saved us in the tower. But are there any consequences with letting her live as opposed to killing her ?

Nope, there isn't any, aside from different approval from party members who are present when making the deal with Flemeth. Although killing her makes her subplot in DA2 a bit more logical and believable.
