Make it available to people of all genders and sexual orientations. I mean, why not? I feel like, players who aren't into the whole "romantic relationship" scene would be interested in having this alternate option available. Just have a few characters in the game who you can flirt with and have sex with. Nothing too deep, but it would add some interesting role playing opportunities. Maybe your protagonist doesn't want a relationship and just wants to sate his or her primal desires? There's nothing wrong with that if everyone involved is a consenting adult. It would also allow me to play a proper bisexual character for once. In the past, we would usually have to choose one specific romance in a Mass Effect game (unless you count, changing romances from one gender to another between games), making it difficult to play as someone of that sexual orientation. And if you decide to romance someone, they can just restrict you from taking part in these casual encounters.
Make casual sexual encounters available for when you're not romancing anyone

You can already play a proper bisexual. Being bisexual means you are attracted to male and female, not that you have to be in a relationship with more than one person.

But you could only romance someone of one gender. Your character couldn't display their bisexuality. You would just have to headcannon it.

Maybe we should encounter our cousins by mistake and end up making love to them while drunk/high on stuff.
Sure, why not?

Yeah, but this way you can actually show your attraction instead of just head cannoning it.
you could do that in previous games with flirting

You can show your attraction in past games as well. Mass Effect 1 and 2 allowed female Shepards to show attraction to males and females, and Mass Effect 3 allowed both female and male Shepards to show attraction to males and females.

There are cultures in the world where first cousins are encouraged to marry each other. Since, Bioware is known for promoting diversity, this wouldn't be too out of place.

You weren't able to show attraction to both genders in one playthrough. Not unless you imported a romance from a previous game and then romanced someone of a different gender in the current game. But that's a pretty limited. I'd like something a bit more.

Yes you were. To use Mass Effect 3 as an example, Shepard of either gender could flirt with male and female love interests until it became time to commit to a relationship.

Having sex is not a requirement of being a 'proper bisexual' as you called it.
No, but just having a few flirtation options isn't really enough. I'd like to see casual sex added on top of all that.

Geralt of Andromeda
Geralt is a dull lame protaganist who only goes for women. I'd rather not see him being held up as an example for anything except on how to ruin a game.

Do you mean people who are actually affected with Dwarfism? Yes, I don't see why not.

As BioWare are pursuing romance development and friendship development as different types of character development,
that doesn't work so well with the 'bang anyone' philiosophy.
Threesomes are tricky, simply because of the complexity that adds to dialogue trees, so BioWare have said before that isn't going to happen for practical reasons.
One might look to a local brothel for such services, but Andromeda is likely to be short of those.
Sorry OP, you're just going to have to settle for a copy of Fornax...

Why can't they have both romance/friendship development AND throw in a bit of casual sex here and there?

Well that's very interesting. Fade to black? Ehh. But that game did have interesting ideas. Lets do it right now, no questions asked. I'm good with just building romances, No one night stands. But in a galaxy with strange and mysterious dangers, YOLO.Never more appropriate:
