My question is that what would be the long-term ramifications of the Citadel orbiting Earth.
The scenario is Post-Destroy with High EMS score but with the change that the Geth survives.
What would become of the System Alliance in the post-war political landscape? How would Earth be affected by the presence of the Citadel? Since it is the political and cultural heart of Citadel space I would assume that Earth population in non-humans would rise greatly.
