Wait! You are upset because a game developer created a somewhat culturally realistic medieval setting? You do realize that medieval Europe was hardly a hotbed of women's liberation up to 3rd wave feminist standards and modern day equivalent gay rights?
Geralt runs around behaving the way a man in that setting would, and if you have him taking advantage of every prostitute out there ... well, that's mostly your choice isn't it?
It is generally a mistake to judge a thing that exists in a different historical time period through the social context and mores of your own time.
That being said, I have a hard time thinking you have a whole lot to worry about here. You should be more worried about the Dragon Age franchise which is another quasi-medieval setting. This is a science fiction franchise. We are talking about cultures thousands of years in the future. If you see any cultures taking their cue from The Witcher, it might show up in the structure of an alien species we meet, but it's not like Ryder is suddenly going to be confronted with an Ark that operates like quasi-medieval Europe or something.
Welll that's... I mean ME is set in the future but Asari are space Elves and all that it's clearly taking a feaudal-era inspiration, and the interest in romance around here reflects pretty much exactly like the fixation on Arthurian Romance and such in Medieval times.
I think ME kind of threatens to break some of those molds moreso than possibly another franchise but you can tell there's a grounded interest in those same things. Likewise when it comes to females ME is by no means conservative but it's not the most extreme out there position either.
For instance, the Asari prostitution quest in ME1, and not to mention all the gift based stuff going on in every other Dragon Age/ME.
Plus in a cultural/monetary context pretty much every Warden/Hawk/Inquisitor/Shepard character deals with landed interests, aristocracy, bureaucracy. In ME2 the idea is a kind of peasant relationship to a lord (TIM) in exchange for monetary support and healing etc.
