I'm playing pure paragon here and after end of the cure plague mission on omega, I'm getting +5 renegade, doesn't matter what I answer. WTF?!?

Did you interrupt him? That was a renegade interrupt if I remember right. Other than that... maybe you picked a renegade choice and didn't realize it?

No way - I did the search on the forum and was pointed that opening medkits in the clinic will give you renegade at the mission end. Niiiiiiiice. Will try to reply it now to be sure.
