Depends on how you play your Sentinel.

1. Hadne-Kedar (weapon damage armor) is good for extra weapon damage.

2. Serrice (power damage) is good for more power damage. It helps with Overload damage versus super elite enemy shields and barriers (Geth Primes, Atlas Mechs, Banshees). Note that it will not increase ammo power damage or power combo explosion damage; only power damage. I do not think it increases power force either.

3. Armax (I think?) for shields and shield recharge speed -- plus whichever visor it is that also adds shield recharge speed -- is good if you spec Tech Armor for max damage protection, and even better if you use Fortification as a bonus power specced for max damage protection and shield recharge speed.

When out of cover, you take something like +40% more damage (or -40% damage protection, whichever you prefer). Tech Armor specced to max damage protection gives you +50% damage protection, so when out of cover you will essentially get +10% damage protection.

Fitness can give you +15% shield recharge speed at rank 5. The Capacitor chestplate will give you an additional +10% shield recharge speed (for +25% total) and the visor will give you another +10% shield recharge speed (+35% total shield recharge speed).

If you take Fortification, you can get an additional +40% damage reduction, plus another +15% shield recharge speed at rank 5. This means the Sentinel can get +50% damage reduction out of cover (+90% when in cover) plus +50% shield recharge speed.

Stacking shields from Fitness and remaining armor pieces means you can take less shield damage before your shield breaks, plus reduced health damage, plus about 2 seconds before your shields start regenerating after breaking. Your weapon weight is reduced by -100%, but it will not affect your cooldowns as much as you think it would. Or you could ignore weapon weight entirely and go nuts with weapons.

For missions where you are forced to use a breather mask (Geth Dreadnaught and N7: Fuel Reactor), you can use Collector Armor instead (+20% shields, +20% health, +20% shield recharge speed).

Overated! (Clap, clap, clap clap clap) Overated! (Clap, clap, clap clap clap)

Okay, in all seriousness, Cerberus Spirit Armor is only marginally better than Inferno Armor since it has a +10% shields bonus. Spirit Armor is also free whereas you have to buy Inferno Armor, but you can get Inferno Armor much earlier in the game.

If you are going by looks, then sure the Cerberus Armor you can win in the Armax Arsenal Arena (Citadel DLC) is better, but... personally I like the looks of it on FemShep since it is a color variation of Phantom armor, but on MaleShep it is a color variation of Kai Leng's armor plus a helmet and i think it looks like an armored tuxedo and is quite ugly.

Ultimately, I think you are better off maximizing one stat using the mix-and-match armor pieces instead of the full armor sets.

Whatever looks the best. :)

Because of the whonky mechanics of ME3, I would tend to want to just buff weapon damage on most characters, but I don't like the way the HK full set looks.  Power damage isn't hugely beneficial since it doesn't buff combo damage, and that is where the bulk of "power damage" actually comes from.
