Nice bait. In reality it has very little to do with men's taste. Pregnancy is a tough period for a woman. I'm pretty sure very few women like being pregnant. Although I am a man but I have a feeling that every woman can't wait to get this over with and finally eject the little parasite.

Having been a pregnant woman myself before, it really sucks. We may look cute, but we are constantly in uncomfortable pain, bipolar hormonal, menacingly hungry, baby growers. 

 

There's no problem with pregnant women. My problem is the harem.....    one man's seed in so many women is just icky and reminiscent of Bible polygamy, which is definitely illegal today.

 

It's just the ick factor.
