I feel like Dorian and Solas will definitely be "in the game" if we're in Tevinter, just not as companions necessarily, it would be great if Dorian is though.  I would love to see Fenris, Krem, and Iron Bull though prob won't be companions cause they can be dead.  While I find Merrill annoying i think it would make some sort of sense to see her again based on the elf stuff that's happening and what is said she did after events of DA2, just to run into her but hopefully not as companion, however i can see them making her a companion again if it's like, she heard what was happening (Because solas is recruiting elves) and she sought out the Inq b/c of that.  I think Feynriel should at least be mentioned if he's alive, and we should meet him if he was sent to Tevinter.  With Flemeth gone I think Morrigan would add some context, and I wonder if the Well will mean anything if Inq absorbed it instead of Morrigan.  Shale would be awesome to see again but not sure where she would fit honestly.

What DAO, DA2 and DAI companions/followers would you like to see in the next game?

 

I'd like to see some NPCs and antagonists as companions, temporary or not. People like Calpernia, Abelas, Gaspard and Shaper Valta.

I would love to see Sten - ahem, Arishok! - again. Also would like to know what happened to Oghren. Is he still alive after everything that's happened with the Wardens?

I don't want to see Morrigan again (not after the temple of Mythal thing). I would like to see Isabela and question her about the things that were revealed in Those Who Speak. Seems like there might be very interesting character arc for her. 

 

Then there's Inquisition characters like Solas, Cassandra, Vivienne, Leliana and Dorian that I'm pretty sure we will definitely see again in DA4...

I'd rather have mostly new characters. However, I do like their tradition of carrying over a companion from each game: Oghren into Awakening, Anders into DA2, Varric into Inquisition... So I'd be fine with a repeat in that sense (and almost expect it). Not sure who it would be from DAI...

 

I think the only character I'd really like to see again is Dorian -- because he's Dorian  and because it seems to make flexible sense. I feel that Solas' involvement at least is a given. 

 

Oh! And if I could meet Sutherland(+crew) again, that would fun. If he could somehow be a companion I would lose my head.   

 

Generally, though, I'm fine with whatever recurring people they want toss in there... Mostly. I'd rather not see Morrigan again. Ever.   Most past companions have too many "what ifs" attached to them to be viable. Still, they could make it work somehow I'm sure. *glances at Anders* It'll be strange to play DA without Cullen, if he has no role at all. He's been such a regular.

Mostly i want a new character to be companions and advisors(and have option to have a choice of my own advisors as companions who i recruit)

 

elf female mage tevinter laetan magister/ancient elf

Kossith female sareabas-mage

dwarf female warrior/rogue(harding?)

 

mostly want to see females non-humans, non-andrastians compaions and who would be Li for non-humans, noandrastians as mages heroes(who NEVER have any Li suited for them, only nonmages human andrastians), especially if they would be race restricted and some will not romance humans heroes at all.....this would be a real fresh air in DA games

 

want to see back as companion or at least have some cameo or info if they simply cant be in Tevinter
