i saw today that origin had the da:i digital deluxe upgrade for 5 bucks so i grabbed it. it downloaded and installed armor, mounts; etc. how do i get these items though, not in inventory or stables.

Most aren't available until you arrive at Skyhold and/or complete the Ferelden Horsemaster quest.

In Haven, the armour and weapon should be in a chest in the house your character first woke up in. In Skyhold they are in a chest in the Undercroft. The throne will be available once you have arrived in Skyhold.

that's the thing, i have finished the horse quest and i'm in skyhold. i upgraded after i got there and finished the quest though, guess it's a bug in that respect.

And the armor and such should be in the special deliveries chest in the undercroft. If you upgraded with the game open you will need to exit and restart the game, and, may need to exit and restart Origin as well.

THe Horse Stables are where Blackwall stays when in Skyhold.

The new/exotic mounts are only found in the stables after you have completed the War Table missions to obtain them.
