Do pets (Decoy and Combat Drone, especially with chain electric shock evolution) flare them up too?

Update: did tests with Volus Sentinel. The very appearance of the Combat Drone near the abomination seems to flare it up. Decoy doesn't change their state.

Cryo Ammo reliably delays both regular and possessed abombs. As for the other means, no idea.

Just yesterday some cryo ammo completely prevented the explosion of a possessed abomination ! Like, forever.

...maybe it was a bug.
