So apparently there was a "coalition" of milky way races and all of them fled together. Thats why we will see krogan, asari, turians etc. in the next game

Drell Squadmate!!!!!!!1
Possibly, this also explains the Krogan and the Salarian inside the Tempest and that young Asari (possibly only 300 yo) we saw in the e3 trailer
Will the Batarians and Vorcha be coming along
What about the Collectors
Coalition
Lotta people must have known. I'm betting good money that not all of The Arks make it to Andromeda.
or what if they all go to different galaxies
What about the Collectors
I wouldnt mind if reapers extinguished the crap out of collectors and vorcha
the collectors work for the reapers.I wouldnt mind if reapers extinguished the crap out of collectors and vorcha
Good, I've repeatedly said I was hoping for a coalition leadership that is made up of the races. It may also increase the chances of having a multiracial crew. That said, it is possibly it is not meant this way so I'll settle on waiting until confirmation before becoming excited. That way, I skip out on disappointment if it turns out I interpreted it wrongly.
Oh joy, cameos from characters that weren't important enough to appear in ME3. This is almost as satisfying a revelation as the final five minutes of last night's GoT episode.

We need a batarian squad mate, hope they both come along.
i played the entire trilogy with a turian and a krogan by my side and i dont intend to change that now... as james vega would say, biotics are overrated
I assumed this had to be the case from the beginning. The only thing I found puzzling was all the people arguing the merits of "bringing along" the other races. For all we know, we're the ones being "brought along."
I hope this coalition consists of every species from the Milky Way, rather than only some while the others are abandoned.
from the looks of it everyone volunteered.I hope this coalition consists of every species from the Milky Way, rather than only some while the others are abandoned.

Must be why there are many Kroggies
Life wasn't great for them in the Milky Way.
Why not take a big risk with a massive payoff
Well duh.
We have a name for the new logo thingy on Mac's shirt then.
"Certain species" will be in Andromeda...I'm going to assume that the vorcha, elcor, and hanar aren't included in those "certain species".
A great hit on ME r34.
On a serious note. We all knew, since info on another galaxy was revealed, that they won't make it. Now I just want to watch the forum burn when they say about quarians.
from the looks of it everyone volunteered.
"Was made to volunteer" is more like it
(The writers probably don't want to give up more of ME-Lore than they have to, the races are part of that - and I for one am all for that, as long as they find a half-way plausible explanation and make a game more like ME1 and 2 than 3 (which IMHO is a disapointing FAILURE from a company we all know can make great games, but hasn't been making them for the last few years (maybe firing writers during development isn't such a good idea?))...)
Still, I am hoping for more interaction (more like a coalition of species on equal footing than top-down like with the council - a few major races and a lot of minor ones. In particular I am hoping for a mixed species crew where I can at least select a few members myself and add new members later on!) between the species ![]()
ps: But: I would not be dissapointed if the "minor" races weren't given as much consideration (a sustainable population, but nothing more for example, while the major races are in charge - it's after all exactly how it is in the Milkyway! Then again: My favourite races (the Asari, the Geth and the Quarians) have always had a lot of screen-time!) as the larger ones...still, I am hoping for some change
(like Quarians no longer being outcasts and having a say in the affairs of the refugees (because that's exactly what we are: Well equipped refugees!))
