1.That makes no sense. You said the Reapers started their cycle early this time, as in they didn't wait as long as usual before starting their harvest. Correct? People that say this always use the Rachni as proof.
1. Simply, the Prothean were attacked when they had already reached a very high technological level. They were mass-relay builder,.
Shepard cycle has been attacked when the technological level is far more primitive. They are still wondering what is a mass relay is...
So, why start this new cycle so early? When the species are far more weak and primitive?
What I dispute is you thinking that means the Reapers aren't as much of a threat as the game makes them out to be, when they really are the near invincible and seemingly infinite enemy we expected.
They are a huge threat, and there is no conventional victory.
BUT if they do enough mistakes/ahave enough luck/suffer enough losses (as happen in this cycle and - just an hypothesis - in the previous one, and possibly in the next) they can be relevantly weakened.
3 ...The Leviathans are older than the Reapers. Do I really need to explain how the Leviathans are older than their own creations?
yes I know. I'm simply asking how old the Leviathan are.
also, the first 10-100 cycles must have been harder for the reapers, no? With few sovereing class reapers available, they could have been more vulnerable.
