I've been looking all over the emerald Graves for bad guys that drop a Dalish Tome in their loot. So far All they drop is Ancient Writings. Is there any other way to obtain this item to complete the Artifact Requisition in the Graves quest?

Wiki just says it drops off Freemen in the EG.
Just have to farm them until you luck out with the random loot.
