To add onto this.  Play as Geth vs Geth to further confuse teammates.  I shoot my Geth teammates all the time.

 

This is why I play as a black and red GI with a GPS.

Platinum is eesee. Just flamer geth or vorcha and get someone else to chain overload all game. Have a demogirl with harrier and homing nades for armored bosses that get close and its gg.

If you can get your pugs to cooperate. If not, just adjust to what they're using. One or two will be Juggs, there will be a flamer, 3rd is always rando, possibly repeat of previous 2 mentioned or you could roll lucky and have someone playing a javelin GI or any self detonating biotic class.
Lol but you're trying to get kills with bad weapons...it may be debatable but piranha is one of if not the best gold weapon. Shouldn't be too hard to max that out and throw it on any infiltrator. The widow is sick too, just don't miss your shots.

He can be the flamer. He'll outscore everyone with the fire explosions if he can get someone to properly chain overload or shockwave. Just trying to give him a place to start from.

Killing fast takes time and experience. Playing all kits, testing builds, changing builds, figuring what weapon you like with said build, then playing those builds over and over. Headshots, right hand advantage, weak spots on bosses, spawn sense, explosions, learning how to stagger...there's a lot. If he plays with bsnerds he's not ever going to get more kills even if his skill improves. So he just needs to start with some OP builds and branch out as he gets better.

To OP: Play bronze or silver with arc grenade class and Grenade amp. Just lob 2-3 into a spawn and shoot what's left.
