I ran across this page

I couldn't help but feel Mass Effect all over these songs. His description certainly sounds like he's composing ME:A...

Otherworldly is a sci-fi flavored production, created in the spirit of planetary exploration and discovering new, wondrous worlds.

This guy gives so much soul to the Mass Effect universe. I would love to see him solo compose an entire ME soundtrack. Sorry, this is probably old but I just now ran across it. I got excited.

You may be right, it does sound like ME to me.

It sounds FREAKING AMAZING!!

In the description he states: "Otherworldly is a sci-fi flavored production, created in the spirit of planetary exploration and discovering new, wondrous worlds."

If he is not working in MEAndromeda, he's working for a similar project

I just noticed that the song "Ancient Sands" sounds similar (in the begining) to "The Normandy" song from ME1

Nothing's confirmed yet, but it's highly likely.

My question about these tracks is why did he post them there if he's working on ME:A? He'd be under some type of NDA and that seems illegal he'd be able to do that. Unless these songs were cut from the game and he owns them. If that's the case why in the heck would they cut those songs? If they were indeed cut I need to prepare my body at how good the rest of the music sounds.

Nice find. Even my wife, a non-fan, thought they were ME tracks when she heard me listening.

I do hope Sam is involved. I'd heard discouraging whispers, previously, but had decided to wait until we learn for certain.

In the very least, the songs he composes should instill the feeling of hope, at least during the beginning and ending scenes, as well as the cutscene where the player sets foot on their ship (i.e. Shepard setting foot on the Normandy SR in ME2 or the ME1 beginning theme; advise listening to the Me1 theme song to get my meaning)

Did John Williams compose for a lot of Spielberg's old epic 90's films? Then yes.

So lovely

John Williams has composed the music to almost every Steven Spielberg movie beginning with The Sugarland Express in 1974 all the way up to The BFG which will be released on July 1st of this year. So yep.  :D

I agree fully with your last statement.

Major ME 1&2 vibes. If Bioware scrapped him I would be surprised. Half of the ME series was it's soundtrack for me.

A soundtrack can easily make or break a game

Good catch! Those tracks definately scream Mass Effect.

I need Sam Hulick get back and work on Andromeda's soundtrack. He made the trilogy soundtrack truly amazing.
