There are so many many lines in the series that I love.  For me, BioWare always delivers great dialogue.

 

My favorite line is from ME1 is when Kate Shepard goes to talk to Harkin and he invites her to have a drink.  It does not mater what kind of character I'm playing, I use this.  "I'd rather drink acid after chewing razor blades."

Not a line so much but being a musical fan, Mordin stole my heart when he sang this and I have been know to go to you-tube and put it on replay.
