We don't know what that building is yet.  I am guessing it might be a trading outpost but no way to know for sure.

is this some kind of "landed ship" ?

It really does look like it could be some type of ship, as it seems to be all one structure (from what we can see) rather than individual buildings.  That would be a terrific concept; a bar/eatery/rest-stop/service station/etc. that could pick up and move at a whim! 

 

But I'm thinking it's probably not, since the entrance is pretty much right at ground level and looks like it's just a few inches away from being flooded by that water! If it was a ship, I'd think it would have a thick base and/or some type of legs or landing gear, with steps up to the bar (or whatever that is).

 

It's hard to tell, since we can't see above it or what's on the left, but I think Totally Not a Poodle might be right about it being built into the rock.  If that's right, it could be a hell of a lot larger than it looks, with a huge complex inside the cliff/rock/mountain.
