So, I already finished the ranroch arc, and i'm still waiting for the email from liara about the time capsule. First time it didn't showd up. I'm using the mehem mod, maybe it's connected?
I talk with her after EVERY mission. And on the citadel. Twice.
Maybe i can trigger the email via console commands? Please help me ya'll be my favorite forum on the citadel!

I'm going to guess and say that 1) You romanced Liara in ME1 and 2) Told her that you weren't interested in picking up the relationship where you left off near the beginning of ME3 (I believe it is the first conversation you have with her in her quarters on the Normandy). This closes the romance option out for the remainder of the game and, as I vaguely recall, you don't get the special project cabin invite in that case either. If you were going to get the cabin invite, you should usually get it just before or just after doing Citadel II. As for console commands, I simply don't know if you can modify the console file to make it happen now, since I've never tried using any such commands myself.

Actually, haven't romanced anyone- waited for kaiden, and had only friendly conversations with liara.
I've always did the same choices in the trilogy, so i guess it's connected to the mehem mod.

Oh and, the convention i had with liara had an option to begin romance (the citadel date) so i don't think the romance was blocked or something
