Hi all,
I got a bit confused by the user interface and accidentally bought the Shadow Broker DLC twice. My points balance has definitely had the points for that subtracted twice.
Is there any way to get that fixed?
(I've got reference numbers for both transactions but I don't want to post those publically - vague info-security feelings.)

Ah, thanks - I poked around the Bioware site and this was the closest thing to site support I saw. Didn't think of checking EA. Thankyou!
