With indoctrination being a package deal with the reaper madness, I'd prefer not. I'd even go so far as to say that I don't even care if there's zero explanation for their absence, and I actually enjoyed them in the original trilogy. It just gets kind of tired.

If you choose destroy in ME3, all Reapers are destroyed , because they all join the party every 50,000 years and the Crucible blast goes through all relays .
If you choose control , well i suppose Shreaperd could decide to go visit Andromeda for whatever reason.
If you chose synthesis, you also could all decide to go visit the old gang ahead in Andromeda and perhaps try convincing them to join the Collective. I sense a war.
That said, I don't want Reapers again .

Reapers aren't going to be in Andromeda. Would nullify one of the endings and Bioware won't do that to people that picked destroy.

Since we're bothering to go all the way to a new galaxy, the least I want is a completely new story. No Reapers, please - they were completely destroyed in at least 1/3 of my playthroughs anyways.

If the reapers were in Andromeda then it is likely that they would visit other galaxies as well. There would be no escaping them. The reason we got the ME3 ending was because nobody at BW could dream up a believable ending: The reapers were too strong. So "we" had to flee/explore somewhere else. I don't want that to be repeated.
