Before you watch this you should know this is a FanMade trailer.

I would love your opinion on the trailer :)

Most of us played DA:I and some of us got disappointed that we didn't meet our
Hero Of Ferelden and some of us got more disappointed that the Dev's didn't make a "The Calling" DLC so that we can meet our HOF and all though we did learn about him/her and got a letter from him/her but this is not enough, and I know that the risk of adding a voice to a character that was silent through the hole game is risky but we would not mind it. and I know that not every one let the HOF alive but BioWare we need more them a letter and believe me that we wanted to see the HOF more then Hawke and they could have done the same thing that they did with Hawke like customizing him/her and all before meeting him/her. We the HOF fans will not stand silent we want the Hero Of Ferelden in Dragon Age 4 make it happen BioWare please for us..!!

I do not own this trailer I am just a fan all rights go to EA and bioware and All Good Things band.

No. And also no.

Mike Laidlaw said recently on Twitter that it's very unlikely we'll see the Hero of Ferelden in DA4. (It's in the Twitter thread somewhere, a few pages back now.)

No, we didn't all get disappointed we didn't see the HoF or get a DLC about them.

They had their story, it ended, and half of them are even dead.

I hope they are never mentioned again.

Laidlaw only ruled out the HOF in DA:4 not a future game  or DLC for that future game. Again its all about $$$$ and if they can pickup a a million or two from a DLC they will do it. Its common business sense to make money for the next project and to keep the investors happy.

Why people see as interesting the idea to have the HoF come back?

I certainly do want to see my HoF again, and for those who don't thats fine but don't belittle or begrudge those of us who do.

Any and all future DLC's and Expansions greatly received Bioware!.

I Really want a stand alone game on the Wardens, the Return of the Griffons and the implied Warden Civil War, but even a DLC would be good. And anything that expands on the Cure for the Calling and where the HoF is.

You are right not all of us some of the people let him/her go but some of us still want to see our hero one more time and that's all...

By the way did you enjoy the video ?  ^_^

I like to think that my HoF which is a noble unmarried duchess and always had a passion for classical music is interested in this activity and have no desire to wear an armor and fight others pointless battles alongside the writers pets.

Its funny how most of you say "no I had enough for him/her" "there is no reason to bring him/her back" but when DA:I was announced the big question was "Will or hero will be in it" and yeah some of you let the HOF die in peace and some of you let him/her alive and well and in my opinion the hof could of been in the game without a doubt. and I remember that one of the dev's said that "one of the biggest dilemmas was to add a voice to the hof after him/her was silent the hole game" but sometimes we need to take risks to achieve even greater things. and now the dev's say that they don't think that the hof will be in the DA4 game and that's it you okay with it but some of the people are not okay with that and I am one of them and all I want is to see the hof one more time and that's it and I hope they will add him/her to the next game.

Gj OP, did you edit that yourself? It looked great. I always loved the Calling and Sacred Ashes trailers, it's the kind of epicness Bioware is incapable of pulling off these days. But I don't think we will see the Warden again, only mentions of him/her at best.

i have a sneaky suspicion that if they DID give us "one more time" with our hero, people would still be complaining they didn't get ENOUGH time, or it felt out of character for their Warden, or their Warden deserved better then this, or... really, rehash any of the criticisms people had of Hawke's cameo. In Hawke's case, at least he/she was clearly alive at the end and still had unfinished business with Corytheus and the Red Lyrium.

My Hero (at least my 'cannon' hero) died fighting the Archdemon. Let them rest in peace.

I don't mind either way. But if I had a choice, I'd prefer to see Hawke again and see what's going on at Weisshapupt :)

If they do bring him/her back, I like mine to be voiced by Betty White for the female and Clint Eastwood for my male Warden

If anything, I rather see Hawke again.

The people who want the Inquisitor back, only want them back specifically because of the plot not making any sense without it, and because the game heavily suggested it. They don't want them back because Inquisitor is the most awesome special hero of all time who can never be replaced, and must be the single most important person in every event that ever happens in Thedas.

There's a very small minority of Warden fans who want them back for legitimate reasons, which are -

- If there is a Warden plot in the future, it would make sense for them to be involved in that.

- If any major decisions regarding Morrigan come up, it would make sense for a Warden that romanced her to have an opinion on the matter.

But the vast majority just want the Warden back because they can't let go and refuse to move on.

If the Warden was coming back, it really should have been in DAI. I doubt future games will be as obsessed with their old haunts and girlfriends.

The warden is my favorite PC, I'd so love to see her back. Luckily though DAO and its DLC is complete to the point that I can remain satisfied with just that one game if I don't get to physically see her again.

If there is a Warden plot in the future, I'd love to see my HoF again, if we don't, tho, I'd be fine. Would a vocal minority of rabid fans act the same way some Hawke fans acted when Hawke appeared in DAI? Probably, but the minority will always find something to complain about. Is there an option for the HoF to die? Yes, but will an option to see one of your old characters honestly hurt some people's canon that badly? Seriously, I don't understand some of the hate this idea gets.

But anyways, great trailer, that was very well put together.

I don't really want to see my HoF again...and that probably sounds terrible lol. But I've been through two more protagonists since then, and their story just seems so far away now.

Hey, the hero from Dragon Age Journeys was here before the HoF (well, same time really, but I played Journeys before Origins).

The Hero of Journeys (HoJ?) deserves to come back, HoF's story is done, HoJ didn't finish.

That glowy emissary had to be connected to Archie, so it is important! Maybe!
