Even after a beating?

^ But he improved it by adding stability to Mattock. Because Turian passives not enough to tame that beast.

Mattock has a kick of O.G. Typhoon, shut up, it needs the stability. Put on Barrage gear and stability consumable too!

This might be relevant in several ways for Jallard:
Thanks Frank that was very insightful.

You poor thing. Here's something to cheer you up.

Awwww thanks
I know mine works on silver so im fairly sure you guys could make it work on gold... especially if you used incendiary ammo for the explosions ![]()
^ just skip it and straight to

Pass GO and collect whatever credits! PAYDAY!
Melee, duh. Get with the program.
So you're skipping one of the best weapon passives in game for a melee build on a dodgeless kit. Cool.

Yup.

Sometimes it's fun to go sub-optimal.

He did say it was cool.

True enough, having fun is what matters after all.

Yeah, I do it all the time. ![]()

The phrasing made the response seem sarcastic. No offense intended, that's my dude.

It's always sub-optimal in your hands. ![]()

I could run a 9/9/9/9/9 build with a grade two hundred Typhoon and grade seven equipment, plus thirty Medi-Gels, and it's still sub-optimal.
4/6/6/6/4 is the way to go, unless you're running some hipster "it's fun on gold" build.
I just finished changing my build from a 6/6/5/5/4 to a 5/6/6/5/4. I chose headshot over power damage this time too.
I haven't really got to gold yet I am still learning how to keep moving while using soft cover. Only time will tell when I am confident enough to actually move to gold. I can barely survive silver. Although, today I went solo on on a bronze map, but died during the 9th wave. I ran out of missiles and got taken down by a Prime. But, you know what they say, "close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades." Still, I was jacked over that meager milestone.
There's no need to rush getting to Gold. I didn't. Just let it happen as it happens. Eventually you'll have had enough of Silver difficulty because it's getting too easy. That's when you should start thinking about Gold.
But if you really want to consider moving to Gold sooner, you can add me. I actually enjoy playing with new to Gold pugs.

That is also possible but you miss a bit on the stability and weapon damage. However, nothing critical here, still acceptable if you like it. And wave 9 is not bad.
I was thinking the other day that you might want to try your newly acquired volus adept to solo bronze. I did it first time with this guy. He is essentially invincible on bronze due to his shield boost. You still have to pay attention of course and not get into crossfire but otherwise, he is very durable. Also, only one button if you spec our of stasis and just shoot the gun to kill things. Or you can take volus vanguard and spec out of biotic charge, it will lead to the same result. If you become proficient with shield boosting, you can go to platinum, just need to find some jug and some dps guy. Well, lots of people do that, there is nothing wrong with you also jumping in just to get more credits for the manifest. All you need to do is follow the juggernaut and shield boost him all time every time. We can try that just to show how it can be done.
When you get familiar with your melee button and can discriminate light melee from heavy melee, you can start playing volus as an infiltrator class with no cooldown permanent cloak.

What do you recommend for my Turian friend? (I like him a lot.) I was also using my shield blast today as well.
We talked about it on Origin a couple of days ago. It should be 4 in fitness for shields/health and 4 in tech armor for damage resistance. Turian veteran goes for stability and weapon damage. You can take head shot damage but you actually have to hit the head. It is not that hard if you use arc pistol but you need to charge it fully. In my experience, your aim is quite good in general. At least you always aim for the head and upper torso as much as I was able to notice. Or you can take power damage, it is fine as well.
I think we talked over warp previously and overload as well. Just in case, overload goes to chain overload, neural shock and another chain overload for maximum number of targets.
With Turian sentinel, it is hard to do it wrong. All his powers are good.
Well, people always find some way to mess it up though. I just played a game with Valkyrie without tech armor AND drell vanguard without cluster grenades. Valkyrie was hosting and did very well, basically carried the game and killed everything very fast. He probably had cyclonics IV. Still, 4 ranks in tech armor are better IMO. But drell did not fare so well. He died multiple times every wave and was obviously lagging as well.
Arc Pistol build... It's all you'll ever need even for plat
