So, the DA:Keep seems like a good way to keep track of saves instead of the buggy issues with DA:O/DA2, however, for the life of me, I can't get the world state I created on the tapestry to sync properly with Inquisition. When I imported my "custom world" at the character creation, the timestamp was incorrect by months - I haven't had this computer for that long. I made another world state, figured the one imported from previous games was just bugged, and when I tried again to go to character creation, the time stamp was still the same as the previous one.

For clarification, I did export it and it confirmed it with a green checkmark above it so it looked good both times, I have the title of the world state by the little globe and it says it was sync'd. I've played it before on a different comp. but this was the first time I've played it on this one and I wanted to try the Keep with it since before I just rolled with the default state. I tried rolling a character anyway, hoping that the timestamp was just being buggy and it was actually the correct export. It wasn't. It was still default warden/hawke.

So I was just wondering if there was something I might have missed? Or if there's a possible fix?

Hmm, that's strange. I really don't know how to help you, and since these forums are dead right now I doubt anyone will come to your aid.

Are you sure you're using the same Origin account you used when you made the World State?

My best guess is that the "out of date" timestamp you are seeing is referencing the default world state. So your computer is probably not detecting your custom world state at all, but I don't know why.

Try the troubleshooting section of this post here:

Or try posting your question here (the keep forum is even sleepier than this one, but it can't hurt):

@Pokemario;  Why would you say these forums are dead?  What possible basis do you have for such an absurd statement?

Your own response proves otherwise.

@noface;  Did you verify the "Marked for Export" World State in the Keep is the one you want?  See below for how to check.

We're glad to help, but need more info...

While I don't have the issue the OP is having, I'd just like to say thank you, Thandal. I recently reinstalled Origins through Origin (as opposed to the physical CD) and was having all sorts of trouble, till a Google search brought up a post of yours and everything was smooth sailing from there on.

So...thanks!
