I don't even know why people are paying so much attention to such little details like a bodysuit not being able to protect the wearer. It's like you want to frustrate yourself with these little details. They could be using tech or biotic shields for all we know.

I say stop trying this bullsh*t thing about modelling all armor to being both "sexy and realistic" because no one is never gonna get that middle ground, no matter how many people insist that it's there. People throw this phrase "middle ground" around like it's a science book misplaced in a library because some idiot left it under fiction, that it's a fixed thing located at a fixed point and you're going to find as long as you keep trying.

Well, heads up. No one will ever find this because if people actually care enough to talk about a topic about how sexy an armor is for the billionth time, then they sure as hell are going to care about whatever middle ground you come up with and say it's not good enough because truth is, it's never good enough. So I say whatever they have in this game that's supposed to represent this middle ground, I'll take it. But don't model everything like that.

Maybe people don't like boobs or ass and want a square-shaped armor that's only purpose is to obscure anything the sjws can use against you in a twitter war. That's fine. Give them that armor. But don't assume all people are that way, and if devs are willing enough to cater to those people, then I don't see any reason why there wouldn't be armor for people on the other side of the spectrum

The armor is only an option if you pay for DLC. And choice is not always superior if the choice is between logical and stupid. BioWare has to devote time and resources to dumb stuff to accommodate such options.

I was using the optional armor in ME2 as an example for the new one, to show that there can be options.

The rest of your statement is purely opinion. It's pretty equivalent to foot-stamping that could apply to most optional features. It sounds like, "I think this is dumb and I don't care if a lot of fans want it, no resources should be spent on it!" I already explained how it's in the realm of possibility to have such armor available. It isn't going to be anymore wasteful to resources than the bushy eyebrow options that I already know we are going to get.

As I said before, I don't really care whether or not it is "revealing" and I do think it would be better to have sealed suits when appropriate. I just want the option for lighter looking armor. It doesn't have to look bulky in order to be powerful armor. ME1's armor choices proved that.

One thing I'll add is that I think it's more than about this game. Sci-fi and fantasy have a legacy of...less than "ideal" imagery or skimpyness. It goes all the way back to Buck Rogers and Conan..through the decades to Trek and drive-thru sci-fi flicks.. to comic books.. to famous painters like Frank Frazetta.. to "empowering" females just 10 years ago in characters like Xena.

Yet suddenly there's something in the air... and people want to change all of it.

But it's not going to change. Not for everything. And probably not here. I think there will always be a little bit of both in Mass Effect..whatever works for the characters probably. And I think the majority of people will simply find it fun and colorful, despite the protests. Logic matters, but at the end of the day, finding a tone and feel is what matters. At least in art. Anyone who insists that it's somehow more than art is looking for a simulation, as I said pages back.

If they put digital camo with the classic N7 stripe on the arm and customizable color, i'll be happy.

Seriously.. whoever designed her or Jack (ME3) had good style in general. Probably the same person.

As a heterosexual male, I've looked at many women's behind, not gonna lie. Be it leggings, short shorts, jeans or whatever... women's clothing and wedgies seem to go hand in hand. Of course not all women wear it that way but many do. I'm just saying that you act like Miranda's tight pants are impossible, when it is in fact very possible.

He's so right.

I Romanced Ashley but I would never cheat on her. Not my style. But I wish I did. Nothing would've changed and I would've got some Miranda. Oh well.

Nothing but I don't cheat on my women like some pig. It may be a video game but I like to make my protagonists reflections of my values for some reason. Maybe I'll make another playthrough were I get some of dat Miranda. We'll see. I just can't wait to play Andromeda and see who we can romance in that. There is a blonde biotic Cora, maybe that Asari we saw, etc.

Yeah, "little details" like that which are inconsistent with how we are told the setting works.

That armor on the right is sexy, practical and modest, the perfect trifecta. <3

Been saying this for a while: Alt Appearance Pack 2 is arguably the most essential piece of DLC for the entire Mass Effect trilogy, period.
