I have no problem with a soldier wearing light armor if he or she uses different tactics than when using heavy armor, but you might see it completely differently. So no restriction would be the best thing.
Or the other way around: a biotic wearing heavy armor (something like a mass effect version of a battle mage), heavy weaponry and biotics to use when you're low on ammo.
Yeah, I would like to see little to no restrictions regarding what armor and weapons we can carry around. I wouldn't mind if biotics can get the most out of light and soldiers out of heavy armor (maybe something like in the witcher 3 where medium armor does nothing to your stamina recovery, heavy armor slows it down a bit and light armor speeds it up, in mass effect this could apply to cooldowns) however I would like to have the freedom to choose.

Genji's is bit hard to say if it's light or heavy or what cause his body is mostly robotic and there is no information if anything human remains expect bif off face under the faceplate. So is he just all armor and no flesh or is there some kind of body underneath armor? I think there isn't personally.
I think it's light and not much metal, maybe some, mostly ceramics and polymers.

You're the type of guy who likes lingerie too, I'm guessing ![]()
I'd rather cut to the chase personally.
