I play as Femshep and I romance Liara in ME1 and ME2. i'm now in ME3 where I can invite her to my room. I talked to her on the ship and on the citadel before her father shows up, after eve's retrievel I also talked to her. they kissed, she called shepard a flatterer. So now I got a email where she wants to show me something, its about her project for future generations and species but now they only talk about how they are such great friends bla bla and I Can't choose the option about being more then friends... what do I do. do I have to redo the citadel mission? She never asked me to join her at the citadel after the attack.
please help! :'( I'm can't Romance Liara.

The scene with the time capsule? There isn't any romance in that scene, it plays the same way no matter what (at least that's what I've read).
I'm romancing her right now and had that scene, and had no romance options at all.

That's normal. I romanced her before and ME3 there is a lot of tossing back and forth between 'friends' and 'lovers'. I was worried too, but you're still locked in with her romance. I think there's a lot of accidental dialogue that would sound like friendzoning in her ME3 romance.

I think another player had this same issue (or something similar). Essentially, you have to meet some "checks"

It seems I managed to get the romance afterall. sorry I kinda panicked when Liara kicked me in the friendzone during the the time capsule scene. I never got the email to meet her at the presidium. I replayed the citadel after I repaired the game in origin. It might have worked since I got the email right away and was able to meet Liara.

I LOVE Miranda but unfortunately despite bioware's previous plans, she wasnt a romance option for FemShep. I did play ME1,ME2 as maleshep just to get her romance.
