Hello Bioware, or dear lord someone who will actually help.

My friend wrote in about her hor rile luck getting Hakkons through fighting the nightmare dragon a few months ago. She has fought over 400+ dragons, and gotten 1 drop (after she emailed EA and Bioware).

My inquisition score is 400 points below hers, but in that time since her first nightmare drop, I have received 5 nightmare drops (3 within the last 4 days). I am extremely thankful for my luck, but really disheartened for my friend. She is saying she doesn't want to play anymore, and honestly, I don't blame her. If she leaves, I will really consider leaving too. It's not that newbies get the Hakkons that's so unfair, just that the system is so broken that some people will simply never receive them. Games are supposed to be fun, and I want to enjoy the game with my friends too.

Please fix this. Please!!
