As long as we have at least 2 permanent squadmates who are natives

I'd enjoy having a native Andromeda character or two on the team.
Perhaps like with Sera in Inquisition, we can recruit them but have the option to tell them to leave if we want, so whether they remain as a temporary or permanent squadmate is down to each individual player?
Or certain actions can cause them to leave us, should we act more like a Conquistador than a peaceful explorer? Or the reverse, that an native joins us because they want use us to take control over an enemy race for them, only to leave in annoyance when we act diplomatically.
Yeah that sounds the best way of handling it.

2 sounds too many unless we have the number of squadmates we had in ME2 imo.

I'm not asking about permanent squadmates, I'm asking if you would like to have temporary guests on your team (like Aria or Nyreen).
This option will let us play with aliens that won't be on the official team (because lack of space, you know).

Filthy non-humans aren't allowed on mein ship.
Salarians and Krogan are honorary humans, so they're okay.

This would be awesome. I've always thought mission specific temporary squadmates would be kinda cool. Also, Bioware could see which of these squadmates were popular and give them bigger roles in future games.

Even if they didn't join us on the ground team, I feel like it would be good to have an Andromedan ambassador on our ship. Preferably at least one each for the major new species/races.

Personally i don't want ambassadors on the ship. Have them be either at a central hub or in their own settlements.

I misunderstood your original question op so apologize and will answer again.
I have no problem with temporary Andromedian team mates for special quests.

I don't mind temporary or fulltime Andromeda species team mates.
In some way shape or form, some of these species needs to be explored outside of "The Enemy"

1 is too little. 3 is too much. Our first squadmate from a particular race is the main way we learn about that species in the ME universe.
If the rumored 7 is true, I can create room for natives.
Andromeda Organic
Andromeda Synthetic
Drack Krogan
Cora Human
Salarian Dude
Turian Girl
Asari?

It's a good idea that I'd put in the game.
Bioware must still include an adequate # of permanent native squaddies. The use of temps to deal with a potential lack of space shouldn't exclude mainstay Andro aliens.
We're going to a new galaxy. Best not to be overly attached to our Milky Way alien buddies.

The temps can be our planetary guides when it's colonization time.
It only stands to reason that they have more knowledge of Andromeda planets.

No doubt there will be a "Captain Kirk" more then willing to do their part for Ai. ![]()
