The warden queen consort as well as
most other wardens have nothing which is unresolved aside from the cure quest.

As i recall to my knowledge only the male warden HoF who romanced Morrigan but refused the ritual and to whom Morrigan later
in WH made the revelation of the birth of Kieran(special scenario of WH)and who
promised to Morrigan to come back for his son one day is currently unresolved.

For the cure quest (and this is something that many already explained in this forum) there is the possibility to resolve it via codex or mentions which mean that it is not abandoned and it did no require great efforts for the Bioware team to resolve.

As for that unique scenario of the Dlc which revolve around  the birth of Human Kieran it will be something that they will abandon simply because they don't have the resources to resolve it,so they just  unrealistically pretended that the warden forgot despite the promise he made.

I am baffled by the disappearance of darkspawn disciples. Their appearance should have been a world changing event. I expected independent darkspawn areas or at least a disciple companion after Awakening.

A minute of silence? lol... complaining about them is kind of my MO :P This setting has good ideas and characters, but they amount to little or eventually lack coherence. I guess you could say it's fallen out of my list of favorites for this.

They can hardly appear openly on the surface, since most people would still flee or try to kill them, and that's where most of DA2 and DA:I took place. Things could be noticeably different in the Deep Roads for their existence, but we wouldn't necessarily expect to know.

I think that the Darkspawn Disciples have is that almost everywhere they'll go, they have other forces trying to kill them.

On the surface they have pretty much everyone going after them, while in the Deep Roads they have the armies of Orzammar, the Legion of the Dead, Grey Wardens and potentially other Darkspawn to go up against. And should they descend beneath the Deep Roads and end up near a Titan, they might run into the Sha-Brytol, who get their jollies by trying to royally murder outsiders, regardless of who or what they are.

I did wonder while playing the Descent if some of the Emissaries we ran into might have been part of the Disciples, especially the one in the cave with the candles and ritual glyphs littered about on the floor? Although lore says that Emissaries are meant to be more intelligent than regular darkspawn, regardless of whether they've been Awakened or not, so that might also explain it.
