I can't customize characters at the creation. I i chose male or female, i can only select the the options settings, then i get thrown right into the game, with no chane to customize anything about the char, not even the name.
And the same goes for import.
I have been trying to find out how to actually customize them for hours now, but i can't find anything. And the manual does not say how you can do it, just that you can.

You have to choose male/female, got through the curscene, it is a precursor to the character creation. You "semi" play the cutscene and then maybe 10 minutes later after the "story" part of the intro, you can customize the character. Can't say more than just "go through the cus scene" or I'll ruin it for you.
