The gay/bi characters in BioWare games are no more, or less, promiscuous than the straight ones. You're "afraid" of a "problem" that doesn't, and never did, exist. Typical PC Knight

I don't know if Sera was promiscuous, but then again I never romanced her. I also don't know if Morrigan was promiscuous. She was the witch of the Wilds and I'm sure she had sex before. But I don't know if she was promiscuous. Out of all the male gay/bi romances, Fenris is the only one who wasn't promiscuous, and I think it had more to do with him being available to women too.

Anders is no longer promiscuous by the time of DA2, and he also had a years-long relationship with Karl before he was sent to the Gallows, so it's not accurate to say he didn't have a stable relationship in the Circle. And I don't think Sera is promiscuous either. She talks about finding women attractive but that doesn't mean she sleeps with them. She's really serious about the relationship with the Inquisitor, and she's one of the 2 LIs you can actually marry. If not romanced she has a relationship with Dagna that seems to last several years at least.

Sera wasn't promiscuous at all. As far as I can tell, the only companions who were pretty open about getting around were Zevran (sort of), Isabela and Iron Bull.
The more I see posts like this the more I hope BioWare scraps romances, but they are dead set on including them to their own peril.

Until it's confirmed that there is an option for us gay men who isn't promiscuous I won't be funding Bioware by buying this game if they are only interested in portraying us as all as being promiscuous.

I would pick something other than first born as an asking price. It's bound to end with a lot of IOU's.
I love romances on ME, I really do, it's a really nice addition to the game.
But all those romances threads that go round in circles start to kill all my fun and expectations.

TL;DR: Bioware's representation of gay/bi men in their romances as all being promiscuous is stereotypical and offensive to me and a lot of people who've fought for years just to be regarded as equals. Hopefully Andromeda will take influence from ME3 and have a Bi option and Gay option, one who is not promiscuous with no prior sexual history and the other option who is that so everyone has representation. That was my impression of Dorian, Sera and Iron Bull in Inquisition as well. I would like to have the chance of having a gay romance, both as a man and woman in video game with someone who's not kinky, gross or vulgar about sex. Just someone normal.
Homosexuals are not eccentric people. There are people out there who dress up to look different. They dye their hair and cover their bodies in tattoos and piercings to scream to the world how unafraid they are of being judged, but they don't represent the gay individual.
If they wish to dress up and challenge society by changing their appearance, being loud and engaging in further behaviour aimed to indulge their incessant need for self-affirmation, it's their choice. But a lot of homosexuals are discreet and dress and act like your average person.
