Hi guys.

So I'm having trouble like never before!

I've always been able to keep my entire crew alive before but suddenly I can't.

Its always in Hold the line. One of my crew would die even though I've done all loyalties and checked my average is 2.0 or above (using the group average charts)

I recently added both Zaeed and Kusumi to my crew and made them loyal too.

Nothing I do helps.

I send Mordin to escort the crew back to the ship, Garrus is in charge of fire team in both missions, Legion in the vents, Samara as barrier expert but still one of my crew dies! :(

Please I need help.

I've tried different combinations six times now and I'm getting really bummed :(

This never happened in any of my other runs... (this is my forth run through)

Mordin seems an odd choice for that, I usually use Grunt.

Try this guide:

Mordin is a fine choice for escort if loyal :) Grunt is more valuable during the Hold the Line section because he's worth more points.

Seems like a bug to me. Who are you taking with you in your final fight? I guess you have tried out taking 2 of the weakest characters with you (Tali, Jack, Kasumi or Mordin; and also one of them should be escort)?

Who is dying for you btw?

I change it up in the final fight, but I've been taking Tali and Thane.

yeah I've tried with Tali and Jack but someone still dies.

the one that dies changes, garrus died twice, grunt, legion, and tali (when i didn't take her).

it's frustrating cause I've had everyone survive  in my other play-throughs...

Yeah thats the list I've been going over and checking but I still can't work out what I've done wrong..

Everyone's loyal, I fully upgraded the ship, I upgraded alot of weapons and amour.

like I said Frustrating! >:(

If you can't find a way round it why not just let one of them die?  The best for ME3 (imo) are Mordin, Grunt, Tali, Jack and Jacob, as other characters get a bigger role without them and they're pretty good.  If you've saved everyone before then you could try that this time round. :)

Who do you have holding the line and who is dying? You say all are loyal. Did you recruit everyone?

If you're taking Tali and Thane to fight 3 eyes, and the ones left holding the line are loyal, they should survive.

It would help if you gave more detail.

Also here's a thread  for the suicide mission

I think Thane is a near-necessity in ME3.  Personally, I save them all because I detest the way things play out in ME3 without them.

I disagree, I love Kirrahe's moment of glory without Thane being around. (But personally I do find Thane to be super annoying )

I like trying out all the options and some of the alternates are pretty great.
