The Drell going to Andromeda?

It says on the wiki that during the 1980s the Hanar rescued 375,000 of them. If their population hasn't increased a lot since then do you think they will go?
In my opinion I think it depends on the Hanar. They're greatful for what they did for them and I can't see them leaving without their say.

Somehow I doubt we'll be seeing Hanar on the Arks, let alone Drell. They don't contribute anything. They're so useless, they need other species to chew their food for them.
It's survival of the fittest, my deer, and the Hanar have the shortest straw. So do the Vorcha for that matter, thanks to their extremely short lifespan.

I sure hope so, but Bioware might just have major alien races; Asari, Krogan, Turian and Salarian.

Old topic.
But, to answer your Q, I believe NOT. As mentioned, up-thread, these races are minor, in the greater scheme of things.
ME:A's premise is to go and look forward, adventuring, struggling, re-building and along the way, finding new aliens. Andromeda can become a fountain of new material and you can't really do this if you bring too much MW baggage. If you do, then you must deal with the old (else why bring them along) and have little room for the new.
Krogans, Salarians and Asari are locked in. Maybe even a fourth one but that's stretching it. Why? The romance options. I figure that the studio will go for straight, les, hom, bi and trans. With a squad limit of seven, you must have enough humans to comply with the romance expectations, thus you can't have too many alien species in your Team. It throws a monkey wrench into the gears. I base my theory on a Bio statement "we will treat every character equally".
Anyway, set no expectation and you'll be fine.
NB:
Speaking of monkey wrenches, I wonder if the Tempest Doctor or any non squad member is made into a love interest? It would free up a slot in the squad.

Everyone except the Geth will come along
How'd you figure that?
I mean even if you wipe the Geth out, there could be infiltration units left and as long as a few of them survive the whole race isn't dead (they don't have problems with incest, they are software, so they can copy each other and build new plattforms for them to inhabit easily!)
I hope they have the flashlights along
(Who better to watch the ships during the journey...I'd rather trust an AI than a stupid VI-System (AI is creative, VI isn't so it can't solve any problems - especially if it freezes up!)
greets LAX
ps: The Drell...well, I don't think all of them worship the Jellyfish (I mean come on, we've seen two of them, can't look at them as representing a whole race - particularly because Thane was an assassin (don't think most of them are killers!))

I'll have to agree with you on the MW baggage part. I'd imagine it would take up too much time to introduce them all.
If the 12 Ark theory is true then I imagine the minor races will be sent to other parts of the Andromeda Galaxy. That way they have the option to bring the minor MW aliens back in other instalments.
Plus a LI who isn't a squadmate would be interesting.

There's no real reason for them not to come.
The writers could contrive some reasons obviously, but realistically, such an initiative would include at minimum a viable genetic sample of all the races participating.

Idk I'd imagine the majority of Drell would feel the need to give back and be loyal to the Hanar after saving their race. Plus don't they all live on the Hanar home planet? So they're brought up with Hanar beliefs.

No, they'd die on their way anyway. Maybe as genetic sample to be released when we find a suitable planet (Drell DLC).

There is the possibility like DAI you might romance a few people who aren't a part of the away team, or combat squad whatever they are called.

None of the "they had no impact/ they are weak" comments make sense. We are humans, and the races in the milky way are humanoid, most of them. We are the only species, that safes the weak, why wouldn't we take drells, or even hanar, with us? Them being handicapped or unimportant doesn't change the fact, that they are races in the milky way, moral and humanity will prevail.

That's around the same population as Iceland.
The same Iceland that recently beat England in the football.

Everyone except the Geth will come along
I actually find this to be most likely with a pre-ME3 ending departure, provided that the reason to go to Andromeda is to survive the Reapers and not just for exploration. It would be a hard sell for the Council species to be like "so we made these Ark ships, but only us cool kids can come. Hanar, Elcor and those other dweebs are just going to have to go extinct. Everyone cool with that?"

What good is a Drell under fire in a barren land? He's got no air ducts to hide in. No cover for his precious Sniper Rifle. On the plus side though I guess there wont be any swords flying around out in the middle of nowhere to run at, instead of getting out of the damn LOS so you can open fire!!! But then again I suppose that's a good reason to bring the bastards along with you right bioware?! Preventing the inevitable genocide that would have befallen their people everytime they accidentally opened the knife drawer putting forks away is probably a good thing right? We'll just have to be careful what we serve for dinner on tuesdays or we might find them headbutting steak knives in the mess hall again!!!

If Hanar and Drell will come to Andromeda, then there is a possibility that Drell will look for some desert world for themselves.
"You saved us. Other races saved you and me. Things are complicated. It's me, not you. I's just that, all those oceanic worlds give me asthma attacks. I hope you jelly with that. Let's stay in touch." Drives away on a dessert buggy.
