And it is extremely irritating. On upgrade to "Herb Garden," all of the herbs I plant somehow register as having been "harvested" even if I haven't done so. Traveling out of Skyhold and back doesn't help, neither does planting different varieties of crop and travelling out and back again. It also affects different playthroughs, which cheers me to no end. 

 

I can always send Josie and Leli on resource runs, but not for everything. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone have a fix?

 

ETA: Mystery solved, and it's not a bug as I thought. Thank you awesome peeps at BSN!

How many quick travels did you do?  I've heard it takes more than one trip out of Skyhold and back before the plants begin to grow.

Huh! I might try doing a couple of quick travels to see what happens. I always take one quick travel back and forth and don't remember having to take several trips for the herbs to replenish but I may be misrembering. Thanks mate. I'll see how I go.

The first time you plant something, it takes 2 trips away and back for it to grow. After that, so long as you leave it as the same thing, it will replenish every return. If you plant something else (or accidentally click on it and pull up the menu) then it will take two trips again for something new to grow.

As far as I know, it takes longer (more trips) for rare herbs to grow.
