Hi a friend of mine has got all 3 mass effect games we try to play mp but it tell my friend to get the online pass can anyone help please

You need an online pass to visit your favourite store on the Citital.

To obtain said pass... search your platform marketplace.

I've found it on xbox, but know notta about the others. It's free to download btw.

And while you're there... pick some nice flowers for OMA and get me one those Turian space cookies

I got mass effect 3 on pc I go on mp ok and I got it on pc this year

When the online pass check fails over XBL, you should be given the option of purchasing the online pass. At that point, you should complete the transaction (it doesn't cost anything.) Once finished, the online pass check should proceed to DLC check.

 

If that is not what is happening, the issue isn't with the online pass, it's with the attempt to purchase it over XBL, which would require contacting EA to resolve if the transaction won't complete.

 

Tell your friend to either buy the online pass (again - it doesn't cost anything) or contact EA if she is unable to do so.

Call XBL support of you are unable to find it in the store. Seriously didn't have trouble finding that when I tried looking for a downloadable copy of the game.
