I Can't do it, I unload 140000 shots into a mercs face  but he just spams immunity and it takes me 10 seconds to kill him

Use a trainer lol. I hate Pinnacle Station with a passion but I like to do all available content, so I just use a trainer and basically speedrun it. Or just give yourself the Supergun that does like 10k damage per shot.

Can you take squadmates into the Time Trial? If so, getting Liara to spam Lift and Singularity or Kaidan to use Lift and Neural Shock will make the whole thing a lot easier.

Take this advice.

 

I just beat all time trials on insanity last night. Enemies spawn in groups, so using Liara and Kaidan to lock things down makes it easier. When they spawn, use Lift and Singularity to disable groups of 2-3. Try to alternate Liara and Kaidan and spread out their powers. You want to lift them before they use Immunity to make them easier to kill.

 

Doing it later in the game also helps (starting around level 40-45) since you can get armor with two mod slots so you can plug in two mods that increase cooldown (Kinetic Buffer, Medical Exoskeleton). Throw can sometime instant-kill enemies if they fly out of the boundaries or hard enough into solid objects. Lift can also lift enemies high enough off the map so they die.

 

Enemies spawn in clusters at designated points so you can rush to the spawn area before they spread out.

 

Using Assault Rifles or Pistols with (Master) Marksman also increases your damage per second. Using Warp on enemies with Immunity can weaken enemies so Immunity is not as painful.

If anything does get off an immunity have Liara or Kaidan use a warp on them. That will reduce their damage reduction making them a little easier to kill. Other than that just use crowd control powers to try and prevent it before it happens like people mentioned above.
