And would it be more preferable to be a Warrior or a Rouge? I understand a Dual Dagger build is the best amount of DPS damage you'll get but how good is a Longsword and Dagger combo?
There are only so much good daggers in this game, so how good will the best longsword (Starfang + the best dagger) do? Or would it just be best to settle for (two longswords/two daggers)?

I'm currently doing dual wield rogue almost always with one sword one dagger. I'm currently using Duncan's dagger and Starfang, though I may switch to Duncan's sword.
Part of the reason to prefer rogue to warrior is that you pick up a new skill every two levels instead of every three. Using rogue also allows you to do the "crime wave" quests.

Threads are sort of old so some links might not work but most of the info is still there.
Really it will come down to how much dex you want to run / how much defense you want.
