Check out this thread, maybe its the solution (it worked fo rme): http://social.biowar.../index/827508/1

Basically, just for the record, its the Firepower pack (along with the ARC Projector and the Incisor DLC's) that caused the crashes for me.

I've got the same problem, with the same platform Windows 7 64-bit enterprise.

This problem, thanks god, is not happening in my main carrier, but I can't start a new playthrough because after Freeedom progress i need to change my weapons, starting the crash.

I have bought every dlc except for those regarding equipment.

Hello.. I'm having the same issue... whenever I enter Shepard's section at the weapon locker or beginnning a mission the game crashes..
As I have read here that DLCs might be the cause, I've tried deleting weapon specific packs from the DLC folder and the crashes were gone.. along with the DLC weapons unfortunately.. though with the exception of the Eviscerator shotgun.. that's the only DLC weapon that doesn't make my game crash..
Also, while  there are no problems with armor at all.. the Collector rifle makes my game crash when I enter the assault rifles section..
Please find a fix for this.. as the things are now I've only wasted money for  DLC packs.. :(

My system specs are:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T 3.2Ghz

RAM: 4 GB

VIDEO: Asus EAH4850 (AII Radeon HD 4850) / Latest driver

AUDIO: Realtek HD Audio (Onboard)

DirectX 11 / Latest Version

Have you tried any of the fixes that have been listed in the various threads about this?

Such as this one?

http://social.biowar...index/934759/1.

possible fixes include;

1) Install DX9.0c. DX11 isnt backwards compatible enough for ME2. It is listed as a requirement.

2) Disable ASUS smart doctor. Thats been known to cause issues with the weapons locker, as has been proven in other threads about the same issue

If that doesnt work, post your specs in accordance to the requirements listed in this thread;

http://social.biowar...6/index/4795299

Simply stating "latest drivers" isnt enough.

I've tried with disabling smartdoctor but to no avail.. I've installed the latest version(June 2011..?) of DX9.0c.. although ME2 sysinfo shows the DX to be "DirectX10.0(Mar 2009) or later"..
Still crashing in the very same point.. so I'll post my specs as written in the support topic..

1. Game Version: 1.02 (EA Store Digital Copy, had the DVD version but I gave it to a friend..)
2. System Details
* Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T / Clock Speed: 3.2Ghz / RAM: 4 GB DDR3
* Display Adapter: ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series / VRAM: 512 MB / Driver version: 8.821.0.0 (According to OS sysinfo.. as ME2 sysinfo doesn't show it..)
* Sound Adapter: Realtek High Definition Audio / Driver Version: 6.0.1.5859
* Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate (6.1.7600)
* DirectX Version: 10.0 (Mar 2009) or later (Although I have also installed 9.0c June 2011)

Details about your problem.
1. What is the nature of the problem you are seeing?
Game crashing upon entering Shepard's Weapon Loadout section if DLC weapons are present..
2. When did the problem start occurring?
After installing DLC weapons..
3. Where does your problem occur?
Everytime there is a weapon loadout menu..
4. What are the steps in replicating the problem?
Simply accessing the weapon loadout menu from anywhere..
5. Have you modified your game in any way?
Edited gamesave for exclusive appearance.. the problem though persists even on an untouched savegame..

Have you also disabled Asus Gamer OSD as well, and have you tried rolling your video drivers back a revision or two?

I have an Asus GTX460 and for me downloading and installing the drivers from the Asus site fixed the problem (the drivers there are 267.85 and beforehand I had 275.33 installed (this actually sorted out another problem as well, framerate, I guess Asus knows best what's good for their products))

I had the sam problem, but i did finish the game some time ago and the only things that i have changed to my pc that matter are the OS to W7 and the video card to ASUS GT 440 or something . NVM . that uninstaling AsusSmartdoctor and GamerOSD or what ever their names, worked for me got all DLC and i can select my load out. :D
