Crashsuit and I were fooling around on Firebase Athena, trying to get it working to some degree. I was testing a new command servertravel that lets you change maps on the fly, even midgame, and migrate players. It's kinda buggy but will help testing stuff.
We were fooling around shooting cains at buildings (literally looked like terrorism) when we flew close to one of the spire towers and looked at the reflection to show him that reflections aren't real-time and just use static images that kinda-look like the same area (lots of games do this).
We found early-stage renders and concept art! I googled around for ME3 concept art and never found the images. These may be in the game files in a normal format that is much more source quality (but due to how textures are stored, they might be rounded and stuff). Due to this you will have the coloring effects of whatever surface we found them on. So enjoy some screenshots we took by zooming real close to reflective surfaces of early stage designs and concept art.

Found on glacier/white. Glacier and White are 2 halves of the same map. The 'interior' of the complex you are on the near-outside of are literally identical except with some lighting changes and a few small edits. For example, the LT5 listed there appears on the outside of the LZ on Glacier and the side of the map on White. This had a strong reflection on it which is why it is so washed out.

Found in firebase vancouver. This one is notably low quality. Cmon bioware, less jpeg more 4k pls.

Found on firebase goddess/athena. Probably both. Looks like some early renders of the stage which shows quite a different design. I wonder if any of these are part of the Thes2 map they had (athena). It looks like there was more files that made the map possibly work that weren't shipped (BioD_MPThes2_201 is referenced but does not exist)

While this isn't concept art we found it interesting that way out here there is this level of detail. Look at the stairs and columns. The artist must have been bored that day. The playable area is back where the orange stuff is at the top right.
