Hopefully that means they'll focus on improving it.
Indeed, I'm hoping that they borrow some abilities from the multiplayer classes such as snap freeze or homing grenades to give the class the extra bit of flash that it desperately needs.

Combat Obstacle Course Runner of course... blasting nameless rejects with a dozen flavors of "blam".
Hi.
So... what are you doing here exactly if you dislike the obstacle course so much?...

Hey there.
I do enjoy the roleplaying that is present.
I just find it lacking - but, given that cRPGs refuse to do anything different and I and my group are holding down jobs and kids so we can't gather - here I am. The BSN I consider a "guilty pleasure".
Ultimately... just slumming it with sub-par roleplaying.
Anything else? ![]()

Anything else?
Not particularly.
You might want to give the new Torment game a try when it comes out of early access, apparently fights are optional almost in all cases.
Infiltrator all the way.

I certainly will - thank you.
Not that it matters... but I'm not totally anti-combat. I don't need to roleplay a bunch of nerdy bookworms or something.
I would just like my combatants to have more to do after running their latest obstacle course.

Hmmm... now that I think about it, a "Loremaster run" in Age of Decadence might also be interesting for you.
It's a rather realistic RPG in a post-apocalyptic low magic setting (no fireballs), combat is almost always a mortal danger,
especially if your character is not build as a pure fighter. But other class builds have ways around it, if it's talking, sneaking, etc.
If you are not afraid of a learning curve and can stomach basic graphics you might enjoy the game.
I can't be certain, I tend to like magic or biotic characters, or those who solves their issues using alternative means.
Relying entierly on guns seems too mundane and simple.
Vanguard.Vanguard, Soldier or Engineer. Can't decide (and maybe the classes are completely different in Andromeda to what i was used to all the time. So I'll wait patiently for more game mechanic infos). My FemShep was always female Vanguard at first playthrough, so i try another class with femRyder on my first run maybe.
I just want a class with the Asari's dash/dodge from MP. Its so smooth to reload cancel with and it looks cool as hell too. I'll probably play a caster with a shotgun. Powers for mid-long range, and good ole shotgun for close up.

Soldier Class as well.
First class will be N7 Shadow Infiltrator with shotgun.
Impossible to say. In ME1-3 I spent most of my time with soldier, vanguard, and infiltrator. All pretty much soldier themed. Shepard was such a "solder" type personality (regardless of the paragon/renegade angle) that it seemed to make sense. Plus I'm just better at running and gunning than remembering to use my abilities. Though I did quite enjoy the Sentinel class in ME2 and 3.
For Andromeda it will very much depend on what classes are available (obviously) and what story options we're given. Can you make your way through levels avoiding a lot of combat and just using your wits? If so, then pures like Engineer and Biotic might be more fun to play. It's "wait and see" I guess.
Infiltrator... or any class with a sniper rifle, really - whatever it will be called.
i dont think im even going to play the single player content, if i can't be a shadow infiltrator or a slayer. think ill just main multiplayer. i hope i can join other peoples games as a asset and have my name recording in their games for ever as a essential asset in their success.
Most likely no but if that were the case, N7 slayer with shotgun.First class will be N7 Shadow Infiltrator with shotgun.
Go play some Gaylo 5 then. Bioware games focus is singleplayer. If you're just gonna leave that out then don't even buy the game. You have no excuse.i dont think im even going to play the single player content, if i can't be a shadow infiltrator or a slayer. think ill just main multiplayer. i hope i can join other peoples games as a asset and have my name recording in their games for ever as a essential asset in their success.
I have to have more details on the story to decide. My cannon-Shepard is a sentinel, because in my mind "the greatest soldier ever" should have skills on all fields.
I can't wait to Nova you into oblivion.Vanguard. Because we will be the vanguard of the Andromedans destruction.
I can't wait to give them blankets laden with space smallpox.
You keep telling yourself that.I have to have more details on the story to decide. My cannon-Shepard is a sentinel, because in my mind "the greatest soldier ever" should have skills on all fields.

No unnecessary killing.
I know.I was joking, I'll probably take the diplomatic approach like I usually do in games and life. But a part of me hopes there will be some super fucked up choice, like causing a species to go extinct so you can settle Andromeda unimpeded vs let them live but in conflict with your colonization such that MW species might go extinct if the conflict doesn't go their way.
